Terms and Conditions

Last updated: May 30, 2026

Mosaicora is a prelaunch service provided by datanasov.com, based in Poland with EU VAT ID PL6762491554. These Terms explain the rules for using the Mosaicora website, waitlist, previews, APIs, templates, and related services (together, the "Service").

This policy reflects the current prelaunch state of Mosaicora. Public pricing, checkout, paid subscriptions, and a payment provider are not available on this website yet. Commercial terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel before paid plans are launched.

1. Definitions

Service means the Mosaicora website, prelaunch experience, tools, API examples, templates, and Open Graph image generation features. User, you, or your means any person or organization that accesses the Service. We, us, or our means datanasov.com, the owner and operator of Mosaicora.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website, joining the waitlist, contacting us, testing previews, or using any invited or limited part of the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

3. Service Description

Mosaicora is a self-serve software tool that helps generate Open Graph (OG) images from web pages, URLs, screenshots, selected page elements, and customizable templates. The Service is intended for creators, developers, publishers, and businesses that want better visual previews when links are shared.

The Service is still evolving. Features may be changed, paused, limited, or removed while we test reliability, abuse controls, templates, rendering quality, and API behavior.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age required in your country to use an online service, whichever is higher. You may not use the Service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

5. Private Access, Accounts, and Security

Some parts of Mosaicora may be available only to waitlist members, invited users, or test accounts. If we provide credentials, tokens, or private access links, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for activity that occurs through your access. Notify us immediately at hello@mosaicora.io if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, adult or sexual, gambling, financial or regulated, weapons, drugs, hate, violent, defamatory, deceptive, counterfeit, sanctions restricted, or infringing content.
  • Use the Service for spyware, credential theft, identity theft, unauthorized monitoring, or other harmful security activity.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, disrupt, or abuse the Service.
  • Circumvent rate limits, authentication, paywalls, robots rules, or protections.
  • Submit URLs, screenshots, images, text, or metadata that are not yours or that you do not have the right to use.
  • Use generated images to impersonate, deceive, or mislead others.
  • Probe, scrape abusively, crawl, or access third-party websites in ways you are not allowed to.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict content that violates these rules.

7. Submitted URLs and Content

To generate previews, Mosaicora may process URLs, webpage metadata, screenshots, images, text, and template configuration that you submit or make available through a page. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content and to use any resulting image.

You must not submit private, confidential, paywalled, access-controlled, or third-party content unless it is your own content or content you have permission to use. We may block URLs, domains, or content categories that create legal, security, abuse, or payment-risk concerns.

8. Fair Use and API Limits

To protect reliability, we may apply rate limits, quotas, automated abuse checks, caching, and temporary throttling. Excessive or abusive requests may be blocked, delayed, or suspended, especially while the Service is in prelaunch testing.

9. Paid Plans and Future Billing

Paid plans are not publicly available yet. Before accepting any payment, we will show the applicable pricing, currency, checkout terms, renewal terms, cancellation rules, refund policy, tax information, and payment processing details. Joining the waitlist does not create a paid subscription.

10. Intellectual Property

Mosaicora's software, templates, website, branding, documentation, and visual design are owned by datanasov.com or its licensors. You retain ownership of your own website content and materials. You grant us a limited license to process submitted content only as needed to provide, test, secure, and improve the Service.

11. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms, websites, APIs, and content sources. You are responsible for complying with third-party terms and ensuring that any integration, URL submission, or generated output is lawful and appropriate for your use case.

12. Data Protection and Privacy

We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for details. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data.

13. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, overload the Service, harm other users, or if we are required to do so by law. Because the Service is still being prepared for wider availability, we may also pause access for maintenance, testing, or operational reasons.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The current Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect rendering, permanent storage of generated assets, or compatibility with every website or sharing platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mosaicora and datanasov.com are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Polish or EU law.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent Polish courts, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. EU residents may also use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service develops. Material updates will be posted on this page or communicated through reasonable channels. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Contact Us
