Terms and Conditions

Mosaicora is a service provided by datanasov.com, based in Poland. These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules for using Mosaicora's website, API, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

Service - the Mosaicora SaaS platform and API for generating Open Graph images. User, you - any individual or entity using the Service. We, us - datanasov.com, owner/operator of Mosaicora.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mosaicora you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Service Description

Mosaicora automatically generates Open Graph (OG) images using customizable templates and live screenshots of web pages or selected elements. It is ideal for recipe blogs, art portfolios, and e-commerce stores.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

5. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@mosaicora.io if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse or security violations.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service.
• Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other protections.
• Use generated images for deceptive or misleading purposes.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict content that violates these rules.

7. Fair Use & API Limits

To maintain service quality we enforce plan-specific rate limits and quotas. Excessive or abusive requests may be throttled or suspended. All submitted URLs and content must comply with copyright, EU law, and our policies.

8. Payment & Billing

Prices are shown in EUR unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through third-party providers. Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed, except where EU consumer law requires otherwise.

9. Intellectual Property

Mosaicora's software, templates, and branding are owned by datanasov.com. You retain ownership of your website content and screenshots; by using the Service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for image generation.

10. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Magento 2). You are responsible for compliance with any third-party terms and ensuring integrations meet legal and technical requirements.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for details. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data.

12. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, harm the Service or other users, or if required by law. On termination your right to use the Service ends immediately.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mosaicora and datanasov.com are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. This does not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or mandatory liability under Polish or EU law.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved by the District Court in Warsaw (Sąd Okręgowy w Warszawie), unless otherwise required by EU consumer protection law. EU residents may also use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

15. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on our site or communicated by email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
