1. Eligibility and customer types
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use the Service for a company or other organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization to these Terms.
A Business Customer purchases primarily for trade, business, craft, or professional purposes. A Consumer purchases primarily for personal purposes. Provisions expressly addressed to Consumers apply only to Consumers, and no provision limits a mandatory consumer right.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials and API keys secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for users invited to your workspace. Accounts and plan access may not be leased, shared outside your organization, sublicensed, or resold.
3. The Service
Mosaicora creates and delivers Open Graph images from URLs, webpage metadata, screenshots, selected elements, and reusable templates. Features, supported formats, and plan limits may evolve. We will not materially reduce a paid plan during its current billing period without a reasonable security, legal, or operational reason.
No service level, response time, or availability commitment applies unless expressly included in your order or a separate written agreement.
4. Plans, billing, and renewals
There is no free trial. Paid access begins when payment succeeds. The price, currency, billing interval, included usage, and renewal date are shown before purchase. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically for the same interval until canceled before the next renewal.
Eligible purchases use Stripe Managed Payments and may be identified as Sold through Link. Sold through Link LLC acts as merchant of record for eligible transactions. Link and Stripe handle checkout, payment collection, applicable indirect tax, receipts, disputes, refunds, and transaction-level support. Your purchase is also subject to the terms shown at checkout. Dragan Atanasov remains responsible for operating and supporting Mosaicora.
Price changes apply only to future billing periods after reasonable advance notice where required. Failed or overdue payments may lead to restricted or suspended access after reasonable notice.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel through the account controls or the order-management option available for your purchase. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Your first paid subscription is covered by our 14-day refund guarantee. The guarantee can be used once per customer or business and does not restart for renewals, upgrades, usage charges, or later subscriptions. An approved full refund cancels the subscription and paid access. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
6. Customer Content and generated output
You retain ownership of URLs, text, images, templates, brand assets, configuration, and other material you submit or connect (Customer Content). You grant us a limited, worldwide license to retrieve, host, reproduce, transform, cache, and display Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service.
You may use generated output commercially, including for your own or your clients’ websites and campaigns, provided you have the necessary rights to the source material. You may not resell access to the Service or distribute Mosaicora-provided templates as standalone competing assets.
Do not submit confidential, paywalled, access-controlled, or personal data unless you are authorized and have a lawful basis. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publication.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- break the law, violate sanctions, or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- create deceptive, defamatory, hateful, violent, sexual, or otherwise unlawful content
- impersonate others, distribute malware, steal credentials, or facilitate fraud
- circumvent authentication, paywalls, robots rules, rate limits, or access controls
- overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or probe the Service without authorization
- access third-party websites or data in a way their owner has not permitted.
Our Fair Use & API Limits form part of these Terms.
8. Plan and API limits
Plans may include request, generation, storage, bandwidth, domain, and workspace limits. We may use caching, throttling, and abuse controls to protect reliability. Results can vary with source pages, browser behavior, external services, and social-platform caches.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, software, documentation, website, branding, and Mosaicora-provided templates are owned by Dragan Atanasov or licensors. During an active plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them as intended.
10. Privacy and data processing
Our Privacy Policy explains account, usage, support, and billing data. Our Data Processing Agreement applies when we process personal data in Customer Content on your behalf. Email hello@mosaicora.io to request account closure, export assistance, or deletion. Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days, except for data we must retain by law.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security threats, unlawful use, harm to others, or legal requirements. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. On termination, the right to use the Service ends. Provisions intended to survive continue to apply.
12. Warranties and disclaimers
We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. Except for rights that cannot be excluded, it is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, perfect rendering, or compatibility with every webpage, browser, network, or sharing platform.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot legally be limited.
14. General contract terms
Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a business reorganization or transfer, with notice where required. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
These Terms, incorporated policies, checkout terms, and any written order form are the entire agreement concerning the Service. Notices may be sent to the account email or posted in the Service. Legal notices to us must be sent to hello@mosaicora.io.
15. Governing law and disputes
Polish law governs these Terms. Competent courts in Kraków, Poland have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives a Consumer the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. Eligible Consumers may use an applicable consumer dispute-resolution body.
16. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms for legal, operational, or Service changes. We will post the revised version and give reasonable advance notice of material changes affecting an active paid subscription where required.
