1. Canceling a subscription
Cancel through the account controls or the order-management option provided for your purchase. Cancellation prevents the next renewal. Unless mandatory law or the checkout terms say otherwise, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
2. First-purchase 14-day refund guarantee
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after your first paid Mosaicora subscription begins. The guarantee is available once per person, account, or business, even if multiple accounts are created.
An approved guarantee refund cancels the subscription and ends paid access when the refund is approved. It returns the eligible subscription price through the original payment route.
3. What the guarantee does not cover
The voluntary guarantee does not restart or apply to:
- subscription renewals
- upgrades, downgrades, plan changes, or later subscriptions
- usage-based charges, overages, or separately purchased credits
- accounts already refunded under this guarantee
- fraudulent requests, chargeback abuse, or material violations of our Terms.
These exclusions do not limit refunds required by law or corrections for duplicate or incorrect charges.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@mosaicora.io from the purchase email and include the order number. Purchases identified as Sold through Link may also be submitted through Link transaction support. Link and Stripe handle payment collection, applicable indirect tax, receipts, disputes, refunds, and transaction-level support. We handle product issues and coordinate eligible refunds with Link.
5. Consumer withdrawal and mandatory rights
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract, including a 14-day right in the European Union. The legal result can depend on the type of digital service, when performance begins, and the express request or acknowledgment collected at checkout. Our voluntary guarantee is additional to rights that cannot be waived.
6. Refund processing and access
Eligible purchases use Stripe Managed Payments. Sold through Link LLC acts as merchant of record for eligible transactions and processes approved refunds through the original payment route. Timing depends on Link, the payment method, and the customer’s financial institution. Link handles applicable indirect-tax adjustments. Mosaicora remains responsible for operating and supporting the product. A refund decision will identify when paid access ends.
7. Payment disputes
Contact Link support or us before starting a charge dispute so the issue can be investigated. Access associated with a disputed or reversed payment may be restricted while reviewed. This does not limit the right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge.
