1. Our roles
Mosaicora generally acts as controller for account, billing, usage, and support data. We act as processor when a customer directs the Service to process personal data in its webpages or Customer Content.
2. GDPR principles
We apply lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, retention control, security, and accountability to personal-data processing.
3. Your rights
People in the EEA may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing, and may withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Some rights depend on the circumstances and may be limited by law.
